Terms and conditions ("Terms")

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website ("Service") operated by Vital Advertising ("we"). The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features and functionality are the exclusive property of GAMES ROYALE and its licensors, and will remain so. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws in Iraq and abroad. Our trademarks or trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent from GAMES ROYALE.

Termination of service

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided by "GAMES ROYALE TRADING L.L.C", "WWW.GAMES-ROYALE.COM" and "GAMES ROYALE". The Service is provided without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Vital Advertising, its affiliates and licensors do not guarantee that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Failure to exercise any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to the Purchase, including, but not limited to, credit card number, expiry date, billing address and shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (a) you have the legal right to use any credit card or other payment method for the Purchase; and (b) the information you provide is true, accurate and complete. By submitting such information, you authorise us to share it with third parties to facilitate the Purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service unavailability, errors in product or service description or price, mistakes in your order, or other reasons. After purchasing a digital code, all codes will be available in the downloads section.

Competitions, draws and promotions

Any competitions, draws or other promotions (collectively "Promotions") available through the Service are subject to separate rules. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the rules of a Promotion and these Terms, the Promotion rules shall prevail.

Accounts

When creating an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is for our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. You must not use a username belonging to someone else or that is not legally available, or a name or trademark that is subject to rights of another person or entity without appropriate permission, or a name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Limitation of liability

Vital Advertising, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from: (1) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (2) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (3) any content obtained from the Service; (4) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
